Healthy Leader

We all want to be healthy leaders, but what is a healthy leader? In this class, we explore what a healthy leader is as well as some habits that will help you become one.  Habits are choices we make to form a pattern of behavior through repetition.  Our habits show the direction of our lives, so let's carefully examine habits that will help us become healthy leaders.

Grab a notebook, pen and an open heart to learn. Please read all the instructions before starting as well as taking a moment to pray.

Choose one habit you want to form over the next month to help you grow.  Talk it over with your life group leader and come up with a great gameplan.  In your gameplan you will need to: make it a priority, determine how it will happen (probably put it in your calendar), and have accountability.

Fill out your hourly schedule for two weeks of what you are actually doing.  Time is a lot like money; you can’t make changes to it until you understand how you are spending it.  Discuss your schedule, observations and potential adjustments with your Life Group leader.
